HCG Level Help Please!

So the app says I am 5 weeks and 5 days, but my HCG levels came back at 38000mLU/MI which from what I have seen is super high. Has anyone ever been in the same situation? What were the causes? Anyone with a medical background or research that can shed light on my levels??
