what point in pregnancy do you plan on telling siblings?

I have a 5 year old daughter who begs every day to have a little brother or sister. Now I'm actually pregnant it's like she's tuned in or something and has asked me several times if there is a baby in my tummy.
At how many weeks/ what point do you plan on telling any other children about your pregnancy?

I'm waiting until I actually want everyone to know because my daughter will tell everyone that will listen lol.

The Easter bunny is telling our 4 year old by bringing a big brother shirt and some books.  He asks every day if he can have a brother or sister, but he doesn't really get what that means.  I will be about 10 weeks when he finds out!

My son wants a brother so badly so I would like to skip the whole "it could be a boy or girl" thing with him and just tell him we are having a baby (whatever gender)

We were planning to tell all our kids last week when I was 5 weeks but our weekend was just way tooo busy...we have a blended family n this will be our first together...I was gonna hold off till after our 8 week ultrasound but I just don't know now...how far along are you?

I think I'm the only one that won't tell my 3 year old till it's almost time to deliver 😝. My child will ask me everyday that she wants to see the baby and that I need to hurry up. She'll probably throw a few tantrums in the anticipation for a baby. It was hard enough telling her she has to wait a whole year for Xmas again. She's still asking about it and sings Xmas songs in preparation 😒. So, to save myself the drama, we're waiting as long as we can. I'm assuming she'll figure it out as I get big. I'm also scared about miscarriages so we'll hold on till it's the right time for us. I like all the cute ideas about getting big sibling t-shirts!

We are waiting until our ultrasound, 1 w 1 d away... It cannot come soon enough!! We may wait a bit longer because our daughter will go and tell everyone as well. Planning on telling everyone else on Easter.

My child is 4 1/2 and has been asking for a sibling for a long time too. So we got him a shirt and book to tell him. Once I went to the dr a few times and found out my beta levels were rising perfectly. We told him about 5 weeks pregnant.

My 12-year-old daughter is homeschooled and was a home when I yelled excited obscenities from the bathroom (it took 26 cycles + surgery + fertility meds)....so she actually knew before my husband. Lol. She ran across the house to me, screaming bloody murder with excitement.

We aren't telling the six year old until we're farther along because we won't handle another loss well.

My daughter has been sending out subliminals as well. We agreed that our kids will find out when everyone else does. Since we can't expect them to keep a secret. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦
