I'm about to schedule my laparoscopy

We have been TTC for going on 3years. Very stressful, but keeping our faith alive for better days and Godly Blessings! I've had an HSG done June 2016. Found out my left tube has slight blockages, didn't mind it because they always say you only need one tube to have a baby! Well I finally scheduling to do laparoscopy and I am nervous but grateful because it will be covered by my insurance! Nervous because we really want/need to create our own child under God naturally!! Does anyone have advice or had any positive outcomes with laparoscopy?
