I'm 6 weeks 2 days and have had zero pregnancy symptoms. I had a miscarriage back in November so I guess I am a little nervous. Shouldn't I be feeling something by now? With my little boy I was already having morning sickness by this point. My first doctors appt isn't for 2 weeks and I'm driving myself crazy over analyzing my lack of symptoms. Anybody else not have symptoms and end up with a healthy baby?
