16w Appointment 👌🏻

Went for our 16w appointment yesterday. Heard the heartbeat of 140bpm. What a relief! I miscarried at 7 weeks last spring so I've been a nervous wreck this time around. We've had no reassurance up to this point. At my 10w appointment we couldn't hear the heartbeat (the Doc warned me we probably wouldn't), and at my dating scan around the same time the Tech didn't say a word. So I've been in the dark until now. Yesterday was awesome! I was so happy afterwards. I'm measuring exactly on track, due date is still August 28th. I'm finally ready to "officially" announce.
