Help needed please!

Miranda • Girlfriend. Sister. Daughter. Friend. And now mommy.
I was on birth control forever. Now that I've been off birth control because we're TTC, I have super irregular periods. Therefor it's really hard for me to figure out when I ovulate. Is there a medication I can take that will regulate my periods?
