anybody else?

I came off the pill a few months ago now due to being on it for over a 10 years due to problems with my periods. For the past few days now I've felt really down about nothing in particular, people at work have noticed that I haven't been myself and of course have asked if I'm ok to which i replied I'm ok. I've also had cramps for the last two days yesterday (TMI) I had a very light bleed which continued today. I just wondered if anybody else had the same experience? Thank you in advance xxx
