Is it bad to exercise while pregnant ?

Planning on doing insanity but of course at my own pace . I know I should ask my doctor ,just want some opinions :)

It depends. I usually run 6 days a week but have been forced to stop since I got pregnant. My ovaries are swollen from ovulation and exercising could cause them to rupture. So I would definitely talk to a doctor first. I'm not even allowed to have sex or hold my breath for at least two weeks. The only thing I can do is walk and relax.

Depends on what your body is used to I think. Of your used to going hard out then that is ok because your body is used to it. If your starting to try not to put on too much weight then start slow, walking etc

Oh ok I'm used to workin out at least 5 days a week but for the past weeks I've been so tired and eating a lot ! I dont have to gain unnecessary weight ! I want to be strong when I deliver my baby ! So I guess I'll be exercising at least 3 times a week . I just did insanity cardio and ooh man was it hard lol 😂

If you've been working out then you should be able to keep your same routine with no issue but listen to you body and rest longer if needed and drink tons of water. If you don't usually work out and you want to then you should look up some beginner pregnancy work out plans that are safe and go easy because it will put stress in your body it's not use to and can be harmful. I work out 4 times a week normally and I still do I just lowered my weights and I rest longer and all is good
