Do you think a person can change after they've cheated?

What's your outlook on cheaters? Do you think they can change or do you believe that once a cheater, always a cheater?

They can only change if they really want to.

I know they can,  if they want to.  My husband is a prime example.  He is ashamed of who he's been in the past to me,  but I'm proud of the difficult changes he made seems like overnight.  I still have a hard time trusting him,  but we're working on that.

They can change if they want to. My boyfriend cheated on me a lot when we first got together. I finally had enough and gave him the choice to be serious or be done. And he did a 360. I know for a fact he has not cheated on me since. He realized he loved me and wanted to be with me and knew he wasn't going to find anyone better than me if he kept playing around. Again people can change but only if they want to.

I cheated on my ex of like 3.5 years for maybe almost a year or so. 
I've been with my boyfriend now for almost 4 years and haven't thought about doing it once.

No- people do not cheat if they love someone. If they cheated, they don't truly love you and will do it again.

I cheated before wouldn't do it again I'm totally happy with my fiancé I would never cheat on him so once a cheater always a cheater is a lie

Honestly, I'm sure some people that cheat CAN change. I haven't seen any actually do so though.
