So I got the Nexplanon arm implant in October and I didn't have a period again until February. I'm getting my period again now and while I'm barely bleeding, my cramps are horrible, they've been so painful this morning I threw up and I've taken ibprufoen, Tylenol, Midol, etc to try to ease the pain but nothing's been helping. Any tips or anyone else expierience this?  (I also had really severe irregular periods with heavy bleeding before getting the Nexplanon)
