Placenta previa

Found out last week I have placenta previa where my placenta is covering my cervix and this is due to a fibroid surgery I had 3 yrs ago this next month. I wanna know if anyone has experienced this and if I have hope for the placenta to move on its own into a safe zone spot. I'm currently 21w4d today.
