Any moms in real estate? How does work go with being a mom? How does maternity leave work? How much do you work/make? Who do you like working for? Any advice?

My SIL is a realtor. She's always working and has little to no flexibility. You're basically working on your clients schedules, paperwork, showings. Her kids are nearing their teens so it's a bit easier, but she still misses out on a lot. I wouldn't recommend getting started with a newborn or small children. It's not really a job you can do in your spare time.

My friend was closing a deal on her phone while in labor. Lol. She never really took time off, 2 kids and she makes like 400k!!
