PMS 🦀 help

My boobs always get super sore and swollen before my period. Two months ago indecided to stop using birth contol, not to get pregnant but just to give my body a break from all the hormones. Just the last two months I've noticed that my left is more sore/tender than my right. (My left breast has always been slightly larger). Is this normal or should I be worried?! Also, anyone else ever experience brown discharge before their period? HELP. Sorry if this post is a little TMI 🙃
