Is it worth going to the Lamaze classes?

Due to me having an issue with my eyes I have to what is called down labor which means the baby will come down on her own and I'm not allowed to push too hard or for to long. So I'm trying to figure out if classes are worth going. I'll have the epidural as well.

I think it helped my husband more than it helped me, he was very involved in the birth and actually very helpful throughout the whole process. So I would say it's 100% worth it.

We are doing Bradley classes and I super recommend them. It has answered so many questions about the birth process and any decision we might need to make and has given us coping tools for labor. It's a lot of time, but I think it's worth it to invest energy into such a pivotal moment in life.
