question 4 weeks

I'm 4 weeks 3 days. I received my first blood HCG of 112. Nurse said that's good. I go again this Thursday. Today I had some mild spotting only when I would pee. It was brownish in color. No major cramping. Just normal twinges.. pulling.. mainly in the left...is this normal at this early stage ? This is my second baby; I have a 17 month old & I miscarried in early January so I am trying to stay positive !! Hoping to hear some relief!
