First of all does anyone have this done ?? Will it effect my speech or anything ? Does it hurt .. also honest would this suit me .. this is the piercing and second pic is me, would I suit it ???

I had that piercing. Technically I still do since the fistula is still open. It didn't hurt that much, but I'm pretty good with pain.

I took it out because I have a career now. The only real issue with it is that the rear post can erode your gums, which may cause your front bottom teeth to weaken or fall out. The post can also tap your teeth and chip them.

Less important, but worth noting - you won't be able to whistle and it's kind of hard to spit.

If you're going to get it done find a GOOD piercer. When this is done incorrectly, it's a horror show disaster.
