how to use preseed????

there is directions but i want to know how u guys used it??? just an enlightment.

i just had a miscarriage jan 11. i m very nervous to use it. but i ll try if nothing works this month ..... :(

We tried it a couple times without luck. We just had better luck without it. Be forewarned, there is a lot in there. A LOT. Don't feel like you have to use all of it.

Just insert the nozzle squeeze, and don't release until you pull it out :)

Don't use the recommended amount unless you don't get "wet" down there! My so and I only used half the amount and it worked better!
