I've never used tampons , do they hurt? How the hell do you insert them in? I've tried and it seems impossible

i hate pads also, tampons are better. get the smaller ones to start off work, and insert them at a angle, since you haven't before, put one leg on the toilet and try !

i always use tampons. pads are so uncomfortable to me. they don't hurt at all, the only time it's ever hurt was taking it out and that's because my flow was so light. you just put them in and push on the little thing!! its super simple. some people put one leg on the toilet, sit on the toilet, stand and bend their knees, and all kinds of things to get them in correctly.
