I use the same test strips and I don't think it's quite there yet! Maybe tomorrow? I'm in same boat- usually surge cd 19/20. So far cd 21 and nothing!! Still trying to BD but hoping its not all for nothing. Maybe CD 22??

Looks positive. The two lines should be about the same color. 
The digital tests are expensive but you can test using the cheaper tests by peeing in a cup and if you think it's positive you can try the digital test using the same urine sample. Use the clear blue digital ovulation tests... not the "clear blue advance digital ovulation " test. You can make the tests last longer this way. Once you see a positive no need to continue testing.
