I say don't give up when I first went to see my baby they seen nothing and neither did I , put me in real bad mood. I went back about two weeks later after doing lab work they ordered and they found my baby hiding. sometime it may just take a bit of time. Did you do an Hcg blood test to see about your pregnancy hormones ?

The pregnancy symptoms can take a bit to fade  because the hcg hormones take a while to leave your system.
