Do you consider CD1 the day you start red bleeding or the first day of your normal flow? last night I started my period. It was about 9 pm and was light to medium. Just some red blood when I wiped. This morning I woke up to my normal flow. My question is, what should I consider CD1? Yesterday or today?

I class the first day of bleeding (not spotting) as CD1, even if it's not a full day if it's proper red blood then I count it
