AF isn't due for 4 days according to <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android.eve">eve</a> started having cramps about a half hour ago since then they have just gotten stronger, I've never had this happen before I never used to get cramps and then after I had my skyla iud removed I started getting cramps the night before my period my period is every month so not irregular. Is it normal to have cramps like this 4 days before the start of af with it never happening before?
