Advice? Don't vote until you read the description. Kind of weird

Question

Af 8 days late & no where to be seen. No positive tests either. 
Should I go to the doctor? Problem here is that I have Tricare Prime. They constantly tell people they need a positive test to even begin to think to have blood work done. Don't really know why, but they do. Or they say I can go to the hospital, which is about an hour away, and I have to pay a toll ... about I think $3? And it isn't an emergency, like they want me to go to the ER.

What should I do? 
Call the doctors 
Call a nurse advice line?
Go to the ER 🙄

If your periods are extremely regular, I would wait another week. If you still don't get your AF and if HPT are still negative, then you should call the doctor and make an appointment. At that point I think a blood test would be pretty necessary to see what's going on. Good luck.

I got tricare prime and I just call the appointment center and told them I think I'm pregnant I need to confirm and they set me up with an appointment with the nurse in my doctors office and the nurse ordered blood work

I have tricare prime as well and all I had to do was go to my primary care clinic and talk to the triage nurse. She asked when my last cycle was and if I had any positives then put the blood work request in. I was able to go right over to the lab and have the blood work done. Good luck!

Tricare Prime is crappy when it comes to women TTC! I want to schedule a obgyn appointment to make sure I'm in the clear (I'm 18 months TTC now) but they won't let me because it's not urgent and you need to already know you're pregnant, like you said. If I were in your shoes I would just wait it out, which is really shitty and frustrating but worst case if it doesn't come in a few more weeks, you can call your primary and they pretty much will be obligated to run tests. 
Or do what I did during my first pregnancy, I went to the ER for cramps (they weren't major but first pregnancy I was freaking out about everything) and they did blood work & an ultrasound.
