Bumps on nipple why r they there?

How come I can squeeze those little bumps and have white stuff come out? Is it bad I'm doing this???

They are called Montgomery glands. 
They are there to produce oils for the nipples/areolas to keep them clean and moisterized. they are there to help with breast feeding. The oils create a smell that will encourage a newborn to nurse. That's what they are biologically designed for. You're NOT supposed to squeeze them. If you do, you could end up causing an infection.
