IUD Help ???

Have any of you ever had the Paragard IUD? 
Pros and Cons?
How was the procedure?

I have used it twice. Both times I really had no ill effects, sometimes cramps with my period. The procedure was kind of a pinching feeling and then an odd fullness for a few minutes.

I got it about a month ago. So far I love it. It hurt to put in, but was just like cramping. I love not having to think about taking a pill, and being natural. Plus my boyfriend likes it using condoms!
