A while ago this was what I thought was an ingrown hair that became infected. I squeezed the pus out of it and it deflated. Which then turned into a sort of skin tag. It had been just this empty space/skin tag for months, and I just noticed it changed. Now it feels kind of hard. It's on my left lower buttcheek/inner thigh. Any ideas?
