Do you let your baby lie flat while feeding a bottle?

I let my 10 week old lie flat while eating his bottle - ONLY AT NIGHT. It's one of the only ways to keep him somewhat asleep.

Is this bad? I am aware of the ear infection risk... But how likely is it if it's only for 2 or 3 feedings within a 24 hour period?

I breast feed in bed with kiddo lying flat. I worry now and then but ?? Not sure if breast milk is the same concern?

Her daddy lays her flat and it drives me crazy. I bite my tongue bc he feeds her so rarely. We also feed expressed breast milk which automatically reduces the odds of ear infections bc of the antibodies and all that good stuff.. so I try not to worry about it too much if she seems more comfortable laying back. With me, she seems to like me holding her up by her neck and shoulders best. If I hold her in the crook of my arm with a bottle she passes right out 🙄
