I dont know whats happening with me. help.

Since 5 days I was experiencing some mild pain in back, and abdominal area. My periods were due on 11th of this month. Till 14, I waited for af, but today I had to do the pregnancy test, which turned out NEGATIVE 😭. I told my husband he was upset, but we made love then. Right after making love, a little amount of bleeding started.. Its flow is medium. I dont know whats happening. What do you all say? I never had my periods delay to this extent.. I had many symptoms of early pregnancy 😢
