FMLA and weather
I live in NYC, and today it's a total ice mess outside. Half of my block is still covered in ice, so I decided to stay home and not risk falling on ice while 24w pregnant. How does FMLA work with severe weather / icy conditions? Do we actually have protection to make that call not to come into work? Or is it just considered a regular PTO?
