Hungry baby

Do you recommend hungry baby powder ? I read this can make baby constipated. My baby is 13 weeks and she's only gets 120 ml when I feed her. Sometimes 150 ml if she sleeps for more than 4 hours night time which doenst happen to often. Also she feeds every 2 h ,3h ,it depends. Night time still wakes up 2 times to feed. I was reading some babies at the is age sleeps thru the night already. Of course every baby is different ,see will get there sooner or later...at 13 weeks check up she weight 6.350kg ,the midwife said it's fine but i went at gp, I asked and said she need to eat more than 120ml. She should eat 180ml at her age. Obviously I can't force her to eat if she doesn't want because she will vomit.
