2CM DILATED!?!

YOU GUYS I was 2 centimeters dilated at my appointment! Pleeeeease tell me that means baby can come at any time now? Also, I need natural ways to induce labor! I feel like I've been pregnant for WAY too long!!

Technically yes the baby can come any time. But I've been 2cm dilated and 80% effaced for about a week. Your cervix isn't a crystal ball. You could walk around at 2cm or more for weeks, or you could go into labor tonight. It really just depends when the baby wants to come out

I was two centimetres dialated when my waters broke and was in active labour! I went from 2 cm at 1am to 6cm at 6am! I don't think it matters how many cm dialated you are, everyone is different! Good luck! :)

That's so exciting!! I would try walking as much as possible. My doctor said that was the best thing I can do to jump start labor. My due date is 8 days away and I have a doctor appointment today so I am hoping to get some good news like that too. I wish you the best of luck :)

last week at 37w I was 3CM, Now at 38w im 4CM. Its been very long for me in exhausted 😩😴
