Anyone else???

Woke up feeling ok then started feeling shaky and heart racing! Got food an came back to bed, watching bates motel. Anyone else feel the same? Wishing they had family around to help but can't get help cuz they live across the country? This end of pregnancy is kicking me in the butt!
