Has any one had any luck with metformin with low sperm count ?

Forgive me if I'm wrong...but I don't think it's supposed to help with that? I'm on 1,500mg of it now.

Metformin has more to do with your hormones than your SO's sperm count. With a low sperm count it may be more advisable to start treatments like IUI or IVF. Metformin is used if you (the woman) has PCOS.

Has any one had any luck with metformin with low sperm count ?
