Confused? Late Late Late Period!

I have been regular all my life up until last month. I am 31, we only just started TTC, I had mirena out in October and we wanted to wait a few months for my body to get back to normal which it did, and took no time at all. I am currently on cycle day 40, took a pregnancy test on Sunday the 12th. It was negative, no faint lines, a blatant negative. But still no period as of yet and I'm starting to get a little concerned. I have sore breasts, and a tender right overy or around that area. But no moodiness, sickness etc, Anyone ever experience this?? Suggestions are welcome!

This happened to me last month and happened to my close friend about 1 year ago. I was 8 days late she was 3 WEEKS late, both of us after >6 months off birth control with very regular cycles. For both of us it was just a random late period for no reason.

So I think sometimes periods are just late for no good reason.

Maybe there's something in the air...but same thing here. My cycle is 4 days late...negative test. I'm hopeful but don't want to be disappointed again because we've been trying for 6 months

This is similar to my situation! I posted about it today also. I am 8 days late but pregnancy tests are negative and I'm so confused! I'm usually regular as well.

Try using the pregnancy calculator to see how far along u would be from your lmp, I’m 3 days late n I used it n from that time I would only be 3weeks n 4days so have to wait to let hcg build up best to test week after miss period sometimes

Me too 🤞last month AF was a week early... very light for me and NO cramps .... so not the norm for me ... and now I am 1 week late??? Ummm so yeah I took a hpt it said nope but... I've been having waves of nausea and TIRED!!! Idk thinking good thought last

Same thing happened to me 1 year off BC. My cycle is usually 26-28 days. From Oct-January my cycles were anywhere between 36-45 days. It seems to have gone back to normal length the past couple of months.

I'm in the same boat! Cycle day 39 today and morning. Took a test on the 14th and BFN. I really want this to be my month... but starting to feel concerned. Good luck ladies!
