*TRIGGER WARNING* story of my pregnancy so far

So my husband and I found out we are expecting baby #3 due November 3rd. So I went to the ER with pains 2/28 and I knew I was pregnant. They told me ok you're pregnant let's do an ultrasound to make sure it's not an ectopic pregnancy because you're throwing up and having cramps so they did the ultrasound and the doc came back and said we see a sac but no baby. You may be having a miscarriage. So I get scared and call my doctors office. My appointment was for March 21st but they scheduled a week ahead for me to make sure it's not a miscarriage. So I went in today and got to see my peanut on the screen and the heartbeat was 133bpm which was good. They said everything looks good and that the baby is growing fine although they measured me a week behind what my last menstrual period would've put me at but I am so excited I got to see my little peanut
