My dad FINALLY got remarried when I was 20. He didn't raise me, but has tried to be in my life.

He had a short lived marriage back in 2006. The woman didn't want him to visit me, and if he did it could only be for a few minutes before she called because her son "needed something". So I was pretty iffy with this woman when he told me about her.

They came to visit last night and after they left, she posted this on Facebook. And it really, really hit me in the feels because she didn't have to call me her daughter. But she did. She considers my son her grandson too and is even printing 8x10 pictures to put in frames on her wall of grandkids. I know it's meaningless to many people, like why would someone be so passionate about something like this? I don't really know, but I am. This just made my night last night and seeing it again this morning made my day better too.
