Plan B

I lost my virginity to my boyfriend on Friday and we had sex on Tuesday Morning. The condom broke and he went to the store to buy Plan B for me. I have a lot of medical conditions and right now I'm in so much pain. My uterus hurts like hell and I feel like I'm going to throw up. Advice?
