Doppler heals all?

I came into my follow-up doctor appointment today with a mental list of some of the things that really stressed me out the last couple days. Some strong cramping, tissue-like debris in my urine, etc. She took out the doppler, said "hello baby!", and told me it was fine.

Is that really it? Is it that easy? A heartbeat means everything is a-okay? I would have been much more comfortable with a quick ultrasound, but that will have to wait another month. Ugh.
