I'm 13 weeks and have been having pain in my hips since 11 weeks. It started with my left hip, but now both are sore. They are sore when I walk and climb stairs. Forget sleeping on my side. I wake up with shooting pains. It feels like my thigh muscles are really sore as well. The nurse told me that it is my body preparing for delivery. Anyone else having this problem? Suggestions for relief?
