Mid-Cycle PMS? Anyone else?
Hi Ladies!
I was wondering if anyone else has mid cycle PMS symptoms?
I feel that right around the 15-20 day of my cycle I get PMS symptoms.
Ovary pain (which may be ovulation pain but it's always after my ovulation dates in the period cycle tracker), cramps, backache, breast tenderness, even irritability!
I rarely get anything but cramps before my actual period, I feel I have more PMS mid cycle!
Anyone else experience this?
