I have a question for my ladies who workout and are embracing a more healthy life stlye. I am a plus size girl and for the last two weeks I have begun to workout for about a hour at the gym 4 to 5 days a week. My eating has also changed. Not a diet but just trying to eat more healthy. Today makes 9 days my period is late. I'm not pregnant. Tested even tho my sex life is a little lacking but I wanted to make sure. I'm just wondering if this life stay change can make my period this late. I'm getting a little worried. Any advice would be great!
