changing doctors

Would you stay with your same gyno from your first pregnancy or choose one closer to home and work? Debating right now. pregnancy was relatively good till the end. Had preeclampsia at 39 wk appt and got induced, 27 hr labor, turns out I'm small in the baby having area and had to use a vac to get her out. Anyways? Is it better to stay with a doc that knows your history or would you change to be closer to work and home? 1hr each way vs 5 mins from work 20 from home
