Miscarriage or pregnancy bleeding?

A bit of background here guys, so I was due AF on 13/3 but AF arrived 9/3. Fine. All just as it usually is. But I've been feeling a little under the weather since Monday 13/3, so this afternoon I decided to take a test and this is what I've got. I've had no pains, nothing. I've been to my doctors and they can't do anything for me just yet I just have to wait and see what happens. Has this happened to anyone else? Am I having a miscarriage?

I know a girl who found out she was pregnant when she was already 5 months she had no clue bc she got her period those 5 months!!!

They are all dry now but something tells me that the bottom one which is the one I did this morning is darker?! Please god 🙏🏽🙈❤ xxxxxxx

It's been pretty heavy though and the same length as my usual period like 4 days and now just spotting. I'm so nervous xx

It could have been implantation bleeding. My first pregnancy was pretty similar to that. I thought it was just AF super early, but it was lighter and shorter than normal. I took a test a few days later because I just knew and sure enough, BFP. I would call your doctor back and ask them for a beta test now and in a few days to give yourself peace of mind. Good luck.
