pad rash?

Is there like a natural home remedy I could use to get rid of the pad rash? I guess while I've been on my period and all this week and used nothing but pads really, the pads gave me a rash...I tried putting a little bit of baby powdering knowing you're not really supposed to do that because it's bad. But it seems to help just a little. I should be coming off my period tomorrow or Friday but it's really uncomfortable wearing the pads but I'm too light to wear a tampon...its not itching or anything it's just like a diaper rash but from my pads...
