I started taking birth control pills 3 days ago and I've taken them at the exact same time every day and I'm really good about it, but I had unprotected sex earlier today but he didn't cum inside me. I'm in high school and I'm not sure if I should be worried about this.

it typically takes a little bit longer than 3 days, i know that if i miss a pill my doctor says to wait a week before not using any other form of protection. since its only been like under 3 days you can take plan b.

Check you pill package to see if you needed to use other protection at this time. I think you did need to since most need a week to work. If his pre cum had sperm than it is possible. If he peed after the last time he ejaculated then you should be okay.
