So I came home from my apartments and My bf and I are waiting in front of the gate till someone comes and opens it (i don't have a gate opener that's why). And we happened to see this. I'm praying to God no baby is in it but should I check anyways? It's just odd to see a car seat out like that.

Update: I didn't see a baby in the car seat but it had baby clothes and a bottle in it though. I took it to the managers office and everything that's in the car seat. She's going to keep a closer eye from the cameras and the two cars that are parked there.
