is my 5 month old temp to high

I went to work at my sons daycare I went at 11 they came to my classroom at 12 and ask if they could give him tylonal the took a forehead temp reading and it was 99.1

Wen I got home I took a underarm temp and it came back 99.3 it's now 8 o'clock and I took a rectal temp and it was 102.1 he hasn't ate much today because they said he couldn't breath and eat at the same time I'm calling his doctor in the morning but I just want to make sure he'll be fine till the morning
