Is it possible to be pregnant even if I just had my period! Because I feel awful! I was feeling nauseous two weeks before my period. And ever since my period ended I have been really nausea, like all day and all night and Tylenol isn't helping, I have had really bad back pain, a headache, fatigue having trouble sleeping. Please help!! We have been trying for a baby.
