okay so i'm spotting. which isn't to normal for me. me and my bf today were just... fooling around. just hands and now i'm spitting. have been off my period for about 6 days. have had sex but all protected. but am still scared. please oh please someone reassure me🙏🏼😭

Spotting is going to happen to almost every girl at some point. Don't you worry, you've been responsible and have done what you can and should do to protect yourself. You're fine!

if you're being safe , you should be fine . if your birth control is being taken properly , and the condoms haven't broken . but keep in mind , those combined are never 100% though . and again though , you should be fine . the chances would be very low . don't stress !
