I use this soap as well. Either that or Dove soap. I have the wipes as well but don't really use them.

I use the soap in the shower and the wipes in between or when I'm on my period. 
It won't hurt your pH as long as you aren't getting soap INSIDE your vag. The soaps are to wash the outside. 
The wipes don't clean as well, but they work better than toilet paper when you're on your period.

I don't know about your bottle but I have the same thing and it says it helps with stabilizing your ph balance. As long as your not pushing it up your vagina and your just cleaning your labia and rinsing it all thouroughly. I would only use the wipes during your period in between showers.
